Each pizza is fired to order in our Valoriani hearth at 700–800°F using hard almond wood. We start with long-fermented, handmade dough, stretched fresh on-site, and top it with locally sourced produce and carefully selected ingredients. Blistered, thin, and crisp in just 90 seconds.
